This is my favorite place to eat Banh Chheav and Nom Krouk. In any case, that's pretty much all they serve. The third option — spring rolls — doesn't really interest me.

Banh Chheav is a Vietnamese crepe filled with minced pork, shrimp, and bean sprouts. It's eaten with your hands: you tear off a piece of the crepe, wrap it in a lettuce leaf, and dip the whole thing into a fish sauce-based dip (nuoc mam).

Nom Krouk, on the other hand, is a Khmer street food specialty. They're small rice flour balls that are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. They're served with a delicious sauce made from coconut milk and fish sauce. It's a snack that can be enjoyed at any time of day.

The restaurant is a bit out of the way, located at the far end of Tuol Tom Poung, but for me, it's well worth the trip. It's one of the most affordable spots I recommend: just 8,000 riel (about $2) for a Banh Chheav, and 4,000 riel ($1) for five Nom Krouk.
